The funds from this Memorial are to support the Child Development Center's building and renovation projects.
Bill Rutherford provided leadership, encouragement, support, and his sweat and energy to our child development program. Bill was instrumental and a very vital part of our Child Development Program. Bill served on our Board of Directors, various committees, and helped with many special tasks over numerous years. He brought a wealth of wisdom, insight, and expertise to help shape our philosophy and our structure.
Bill truly loved and enjoyed children; he especially appreciated children's artwork. He was also a committed patron of the center. If the center were in need of something, often it would magically appear - usually by way of Bill Rutherford (anonymously). Bill devoted a great deal of his time and effort to help make our program a success.
